All readings and related content are provided for entertainment, spiritual reflection, and personal insight. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. Do not disregard professional advice because of anything on this Service.
5. Accounts, email, and access
You may use parts of the Service without creating a traditional password account. Access to a full paid report is tied to your session and/or the email and purchase records associated with your order. You agree to provide accurate contact information when requested and to keep your email inbox accessible for delivery notices and support.
6. Orders and pricing
Paid products (such as the Full Report) are sold as one-time digital purchases at the price displayed at checkout. Prices may change for future orders. A displayed price applies only to that checkout session. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or pricing mistake.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). By paying, you also agree to the processor’s applicable terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Successful payment unlocks the purchased digital product according to the offer described at checkout.
8. Delivery of digital goods
Digital reports are delivered electronically via on-site access and, when an email is on file, related email notification. Delivery is generally immediate after payment confirmation, subject to report generation time and technical availability. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection can access the Service.
9. Refunds and chargebacks
Refund eligibility is described in our Billing & Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee for the full digital report purchase. Abusive chargebacks after you have accessed the full report may result in suspension of access and cooperation with our payment partner’s dispute process.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or republish paid report content at scale, interfere with security, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
11. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, copy, and generated report text are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access your purchased report for your own private use. You may not resell or publicly redistribute paid report content.

13. Availability and warranties
