This Privacy Policy explains how Zodiac Wheel (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website and digital services.
1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect
- Birth and quiz details you submit (for example gender, birth date, birth time, birth place / location text, and related chart inputs)
- Contact details such as email address and, where offered, phone number
- Name when provided (for example on kundli forms)
- Usage and technical data such as pages or funnel steps visited, session identifiers/cookies needed to run the Service, approximate device/browser information, and basic logs
- Payment metadata from our payment processor (for example payment status, transaction references). We do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Communications you send to support
3. How we use information
- To generate previews and personalized astrology / kundli reports
- To deliver digital products, confirm payments, and provide customer support
- To remember your progress in the quiz/report flow
- To improve reliability, prevent fraud/abuse, and understand aggregate product usage
- To send transactional messages (for example report-ready notices). Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and, where required, with your consent
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we process data based on contract performance (providing the report you requested), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (where required), and legal obligations.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as:
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) to take payment
- Hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure providers
- Optional geocoding / places providers when location autocomplete is enabled
- AI / content generation providers if used to produce report text
These providers process data under their own terms and security controls, only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
6. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards available from those providers.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. As a baseline, quiz answers without an email may be deleted after approximately 365 days. If an email was captured but no purchase completed, personal fields may be anonymized after a similar period while aggregate analytics may remain. Paid-customer records may be retained longer as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request earlier deletion where applicable (see below).
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies/session storage to keep your funnel progress and authenticate admin access. Disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout or report access from working correctly.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to / restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, email privacy@example.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children’s privacy
The paid Service is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purchases. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to request deletion.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small web service (including encrypted storage of certain secrets and HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
